1. Agreement to Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity and Bijoux Ethica, concerning your access to and use of the www.bijouxethica.com website. We are registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under Commercial Registration 36473-4 and have our registered office at Office 1235, Building 15, Road 3801, Block 338, P.O.Box 10104, Manama. You agree that by accessing the website, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions which may be updated by us from time to time and should be checked by you on a regular basis.

If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you are not authorized to use this website and you should discontinue immediately.

All content on this website is the copyright, trademarks or service marks of Bijoux Ethica. Bijoux Ethica reserves all of its rights with regard to those marks and any other trademarks or service marks, including logos, artwork, website design, and all other original or proprietary works or properties appearing herein, and no rights are granted to any user for any purpose whatsoever.

All trademarks used on this website not owned by Bijoux Ethica are the property of their respective owners.

This website and its contents are provided solely for personal, non-commercial use, and for no other purpose. Any downloading or copying of the materials herein is permitted for personal, non-commercial use only. No right, title or interest in such materials is transferred upon such copying or downloading.

Bijoux Ethica reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with Bijoux Ethica’s defence of such claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Bijoux Ethica and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

7. Miscellaneous

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Bijoux Ethica’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of these terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The costs of products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. www.bijouxethica.com retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

1. View Cart

The view cart shows the items added to the cart along with the item details. You can update the entered quantity, remove it altogether from the shopping cart or even empty the entire cart. If you are done with your shopping, click on the Checkout button to check out of the shop or continue shopping.

2. Check Out

If you have finished shopping, click on the Check Out button. The checkout page will give you the value of the items that you have purchased along with the taxes (if any) on it. Next, select the mode of delivery of the products (for product sales only) and the shipping address. Shipping charges are included. As a final step, select your payment method. If credit card is your chosen option, the order value will be charged to your credit card. Click on the Confirm Order button to confirm your order. Your order will be created and an email will be sent to you with the order
details.

3. Payment

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase.

Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email, the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

4. Prices, Shipping and Handling Charges

All prices include charges for shipping and handling, for sales/use taxes, and for other government required fees. Separate charges will be shown on the order acknowledgement for each applicable order. International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by customer.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local Customs officer for further information.

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.

5. Tax & Import Fees not Included

Bijoux Ethica will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are your responsibility and must be paid directly by you.

No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.
