Shipping Policy
Taxes and Customs Duty
We do not collect any sales taxes on international purchases made on www.bijouxethica.com
For orders in the Kingdom of Bahrain, you will be charged 10% VAT which will be added to the purchase price when you check out.
However, you are liable to pay all local customs duties and taxes in your country of residence. Local customs duties and taxes are not collected by Bijoux Ethica or payable by us.
Free Shipping
All orders on www.bijouxethica.com are shipped using FedEx International Priority or Aramex at our expense, which includes tracking information and signature on delivery confirmation.
Orders will be shipped out within 5 working days of receipt of order based on availability. Usually, FedEx & Aramex delivers within 3-5 business days after shipping. You will be emailed a FedEx or Aramex tracking number upon shipment of your order.
Delivery times are not guaranteed but are our best approximation.
Insurance
All orders placed on www.bijouxethica.com are fully insured for theft, damage, or loss during transit to you. If you notice damage or loss of any items in your order, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at info@bijouxethica.com.
Areas of Delivery
Currently we cannot ship orders to countries that prohibit the import of finished jewellery. These include India, Russia and Azerbaijan. We also cannot accept orders from the following countries: Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Nigeria, Yemen and Zimbabwe.
Delivery Problems
If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact us via email at info@bijouxethica.com. Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, please contact us.
Return Policy
This return policy applies only to purchases made on the www.bijouxethica.com website.
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, unless otherwise noted on the product page or unless the item is resized or a special order.
Items must be returned in their original condition and must be accompanied by all original certificates, documentation, and packaging. We cannot process returns on items that have been customized, worn, used, altered, or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse returning any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements according to our sole discretion.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used.
Any shipping costs incurred for the return will not be refunded and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any charges incurred by Bijoux Ethica in the transaction, including credit card charges and customs duty will be deductible in the approved refund cases.

We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items lost or stolen while in transit (as part of your return shipment). For security purposes, we strongly encourage you to choose a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance. We process returns within 14 business days of receiving the item.
